Our basement unit contains 3 bedrooms (ONLY TWO ROOMS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE), two shared washrooms (one full and one half), a shared kitchen, a living room/study area, and a laundry room. Our bedrooms come furnished for easy move in and out. Internet, hydro, and parking are included in the price. This is a great location for those who are seeking quiet and comfortable housing. Our location is within walking/biking distance from the campus. We are also located close to Sarnia road's bus stop.
