Location is approximately 7 km from UWO campus, on bus route, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy. Separate kitchen room is equipped with table, chair, small fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven, air fryer, rice cooker, and induction cooker, just no stove. A sink is available as well. Laundry is upstairs shared with owner. Parking for one car. Rental/Lease term negotiable. $300.00 damage fee required at possession, this is non-refundable. First month rent payable at possession. Summer student preferred or professional.
