Owner-paid utilities are capped at $200. In excess of $200 in a given month, remaining occupants will share the remaining amount (e.g., if three other occupants and the monthly total were $260, each occupant would pay $20 that month). To the Western campus, it is a 5-minute drive, 15-minute bus ride, 13-minute bike ride or 35-minute walk. One parking space for rent and guest parking is available.
