Access to kitchen, living room, common spaces, one acre yard, etc. is included. This is the historic Lawson manor, only 10 minutes from campus. Parking spots available, first come first serve. Additional office/studio/meeting spaces available for an additional fee. Month to month leases are fine. We are a household of faculty, postdocs, and professionals; at the moment there is only one room available, but other possibilities can come up, so please get in touch if you like. We have a dog and a cat on the premises. We are scent-sensitive.
