Hi! Looking to sublease out my room for January 2026 - April 2026 for 551.57 which includes utilities + ~17 a month for wifi. There is an option to extend the lease as 2 of my 4 current roomates are looking to renew and the house is rent controlled. Around 25 minute walk to campus and 2 minutes away from the bus stop which is a 10 minute ride to main campus. Fairly close to groceries and other ammenities, current roomates are very friendly :)
