Hey! We are a group of two girls looking for four new roommates to join us for the 2026-2027 school year, as our previous roommates are graduating. We'll be going into our 3rd and 4th year at Ivey. We are hardworking students, but also enjoy going out and having fun. We keep the house tidy and organized and enjoy spending time in the common areas with each other. The house is in a fantastic location in Old North, within easy walking distance to the main gates, bus routes to Masonville, Downtown, and Campus, and right by King's Campus, which has a great library and shuttle service we use often. There are three rooms available in the basement and one on the main floor. Both floors have a bathroom that would be shared among two other bedrooms. The house has a newly updated kitchen, with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. Utilities are included in the rent price, except for wifi.
