Subletting a room for the summer (May 1 - Aug 31) in a spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. Safely tucked on a quaint side-street, the townhouse is a 5 minute bus ride to campus right down main bus-line, and is a 10 minute walk to the bars. You will have access to in-unit kitchen, living room, dining room, dishwasher, A/C, laundry, bathroom, backyard deck, AND a Roku TV. WILL BE FURNISHED BEFORE MOVE-IN. Utilities (Hydro, Gas, Internet) are NOT included and costs will be split with roommates. Female student only.
