I'm looking for one new roommate to join my 3-bedroom apartment located by the Western campus. The building is located at the intersection of Sarnia and Western Road, and is a five-minute walk from the recreation center and Ivey Business School. There are multiple bus stops close by, making travelling around very convenient and accessible. You will be living with one female and one male graduate student, so other graduate students are preferred. The rent is $925 a month, starting in September (or August, negotiable). Utilities are not included in the price, and it’s usually an estimated $70-100. We have in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a parking spot available. Both rooms come unfurnished, except for one having a queen-size bed and mattress. I'm looking for someone who enjoys a calm, quiet living environment, so no smoking and no parties please!
