**Female Roommate Wanted – 10 Min Walk to Western** Hi! I'm looking for a female student to fill the last bedroom in our townhome. **The room is available immediately**, or you can move in September 1st! The location is one of the best parts of the house — it's only about a10-minute walk to Western and close to Masonville Mall, so grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and pretty much everything you need is nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet and well kept, which makes it a great place for a student. The bedroom is a good size with a large window facing the front of the house. It's semi-furnished, and the rest of the house is fully furnished, including a living space and large finished basement. Rent includes internet and hot water, hydro will be split between the roommates. Ideally looking for someone to sign a one-year lease but I'm flexible. The other roommates are professional students in medicine and law. We're hoping to find someone who also appreciates having a quiet and comfortable place to study, especially during busy weeks. We're all friendly and social too — we like going out, having fun nights in, dinners, movie nights, etc. Looking for someone who's respectful, easy to get along with, and wants a nice place to call home while being super close to campus.
