Off-Campus Housing Services supports students and staff in navigating the local rental market by providing access to a wide range of housing options and resources. Each year, the service facilitates more than 6,000 listings, connecting the campus community with verified landlords and available rentals.
The team provides lease reviews, education on tenant rights and responsibilities and guidance on navigating rental agreements and off-campus living. Staff also support informal mediation between roommates and landlords to help resolve concerns early and maintain positive tenancies.
Working closely with the City of London and community partners, the service helps connect students with local bylaws, neighbourhood expectations and available supports while promoting safe, suitable housing and strong relationships between the university and broader community.
Vision
