Welcome to Western's Off-Campus Housing Service! The Off-Campus Housing Service strives to provide students and staff a variety of housing options with over 5,000 listings annually.
Off-Campus Rental Listings
Receive personal assistance from Western staff members regarding Rental Listings and searches in Rm 3C1 Ontario Hall, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. A computer, located in lobby of Ontario Hall is also available for searching off-campus listings during business hours.
Housing Mediation Services
The Mediation Service is a free confidential resource which seeks to assist in the speedy resolution of problems which may arise between students and landlords. You can find more information about our Housing Mediation Service here.
Off-Campus Advisors
The Off-Campus Advisor (OCA) program is associated with the Housing Mediation Service. OCA's are students who assist students with off-campus housing concerns. OCA's are available weekdays from 4:30 p.m. to midnight and weekends from 8:30 a.m. to midnight during the academic year. Check out more information about Off-Campus Advisors.
