Are you preparing to move for the summer and not sure what to do with any unwanted furniture? Well, we have a solution for you!

Come on by Western's Furniture Depot running weekdays only from April 21 to May 4, 2025 - weekdays 9am-4pm and weekends 10am-6pm. Locations at the east side of Platt's Lane Estates and the east lawn of Alumni Hall. Select streets will also have the opportunity for curbside pickup - follow our socials for more info on that!

You can donate gently-used household items such as furniture and small appliances. Students can also take what they need for FREE. Make sure to stop by and drop off or pick up any items at the location most convenient to you!

So, now the question is what if you are unable to drop off items at the depot. Well, here are some more landfill diversion ideas:

• Sell/giveaway your items on an online platform
• Sell/giveaway your items to the next group of students moving into your rental
• Donate your items to a charity (see our list below)
